Platform role

VA LaunchPad PH provides job-listing, application-processing, credit, training, and digital-resource services. It is not the employer, employee, payroll provider, or legal representative of users.

No guarantee

Paying a platform fee does not guarantee an interview, applicant, job offer, employment, income, business result, or successful hire.

User responsibilities

Users must submit accurate information, comply with applicable law, protect account credentials, and avoid fraud, harassment, discrimination, illegal work, and misleading job claims.

Prohibited requests

Clients must not request passwords, OTPs, GCash MPINs, banking credentials, identity theft materials, or payments directly from applicants as a condition of hiring.

Credits

Credits are platform units. They are added only after payment verification or an authorized owner adjustment. Credits are not bank deposits and cannot be transferred between accounts unless the platform explicitly enables it.

Account action

The owner may suspend accounts, remove listings, reject payments, or preserve records when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
