Payment proofs

Payment proofs are stored privately and are available to the submitting user and owner admin for verification and dispute handling.

Service providers

The production platform uses hosting, authentication, database, storage, and optional email providers. These providers process information under their own terms and security controls.

Retention and deletion

Records may be retained as needed for platform operations, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Users may contact support regarding access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.
