Refund Policy

Pending payments

A submitted proof does not add credits automatically. Incorrect, duplicate, unclear, or unverifiable payments may be rejected with an explanation.

Applications

Application credits are generally non-refundable after a valid application is delivered to the client. A credit refund may be considered when a listing is confirmed fraudulent, duplicated, removed due to platform error, or otherwise covered by an announced exception.

Job posts

A rejected post is not automatically refundable when it violates platform rules. The owner may return credits when rejection resulted from a platform error or another fair exception.

Digital resources

Unlocked digital resources are generally non-refundable after access or download. The owner may restore credits when a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description.

Contact support with the account email, transaction date, reference number, affected listing or resource, and a clear explanation.
