Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, job boards, social media and referral channels. Identify and qualify potential applicants, conduct initial phone screenings and maintain an organized candidate pipeline. Coordinate with recruiters and account managers and track outreach activity through an applicant-tracking system.
