Job description

Manage the beginning stages of the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening applications and maintaining the passive-candidate pipeline. Serve as the first contact for applicants, coordinate interviews and ensure candidate records remain accurate throughout the hiring process. Applicants need at least two years of sourcing experience for operations or engineering positions, technical-talent sourcing experience and familiarity with applicant-tracking systems. Compensation is USD 1,000 per month.
