People Operations Partner — Global

Job description

Support international people operations and work directly with leaders across several departments. Handle employee-relations matters, policy interpretation, workforce planning, organizational communication and HR compliance. Advise managers, document sensitive cases and help improve people-related systems and processes. Applicants should have at least seven years of progressive HR or People Operations experience and be comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor. Compensation is USD 10–14 per hour.
