Job description

Support customers through inbound and outbound calls, email and instant messaging. Responsibilities include resolving concerns, updating customer accounts, maintaining interaction records and ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants must have at least one year of B2C or B2B customer-service experience, strong English communication skills and familiarity with CRM and VoIP systems.
