Job description

Manage talent-marketing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels. Own the posting calendar, schedule and publish content, respond to comments and direct messages, repurpose long-form videos and testimonials into short-form clips and monitor engagement and conversion performance. Collaborate with recruitment, design and employer-branding teams and support paid or organic talent-attraction campaigns. Applicants should have at least two to three years of relevant experience.
